I'm using v2 but I can't see the number of upfames on members' profiles... I can see the downfames, but not the upfames...

Isn't fame still in beta?  The badges are working, for the most part, but I don't think they're on to fame just yet.

It's not completely implemented just now. The upfame/downfame you see in someone's profile isn't accurate. I think they're all stuck at 322 downfame, and you can't see the upfame.

For the 38 fame you have, it's related, but I don't think the link is established just yet. The 38 fame you obtained is from the achievements in which you could see by clicking on the "Fame Notification" at the top.
