There is no Ace of spades. This is a 47/52 deck I saw today that I found intriguing that I didn't buy. Any ID from just the card back?

The other finds. BrookHill started pre-Prohibition and was around until the 60s.
Zahn Tobacco closed their doors in 1908 after the death of Mr. Zahn.

I do not think that it is stripped or marked. I don't have this deck in my collection but according to photos and description, no cards was removed. However, I did not find other descriptions of this deck except the eBay link.

Since I couldn't find the eBay deck retail anywhere, I decided to ask the seller. After all, that might be his product.

He told me, however, that he didn't know, but perhaps De La Rue. That led me to WWPCM British cards and I came across this after a while... Goodall 1880s. I think that's it.

That's an interesting Queen - double-headed, but still no index.  The time period it's from is about when the transition to both double-headed courts and the use of indices started.
