@ Don: I think theory11 uses different accounts. Your main order account is not the same as your Elite points account and not the same as your forum sign in. Once signed into the main account, you have to sign in again to see your Elite points. Emailing confirmation codes to link prizes with your main account makes sense to me.

@ John B.: Let me know what the answer is. I'm sure Lyle or someone from theory11 is lurking. That might be a great customer support question.

Well, I wasn't even logged in but still received my points. It has to be linked to email addresses. Two people can have the same name, but not the same email address unless they're sharing it.

I've order Riot from PM and other stuff from E this Black Friday. When I've got Riot they give me a Red Ltd, not the White one, like when was the first offer. I wasn't smart, I've been ordered only 12 Purple Ltd for a white one and not the Riot too.

Also, when the Blue Rounders was introduced by E, they got a better deal: 12 Browns + 1 Blue. Now you must take over 300$ to get one free Blue.

The email confirmed you spun and thanks us for support but there should be a confirmation code, provided via email so you can redeemed your prize. theory11 does not explain in detail how you redeem your prize. The reason I'm wondering is because I don't "notice" my Elite points going up (they might be). I'm keeping track. Otherwise we are not really winning anything. I will know by this afternoon. I the meantime, I'm hoping theory11 can edit the official contest rules to explain how or what to expect from the confirmation email to redeemed your prize.

12/7 - 100 Elite Points (2367) 6,103 / 10k Lifetime Points
12/8 - 50 Elite Points (2417) 6,153 / 10k Lifetime Points

Points ARE going UP! An average of 50 points a day (December 6th, 2013 until January 1st, 2014) = about 1,250 Free Elite Points (give or take).

I did email them about it and they responded with

I would read it as 1 token for each PRODUCT TYPE, I assume meaning if you bought 3 decks and each deck was different, you would get 3 tokens. Which would work out for your scenario atsquare

Well that is true, but even still, I'd still need over 2000 more points to grab anything from The Archive. I could cash in those points for $2 and change off an order, though. Free spins are always nice, as you said.
