I wish I could say no, but I know better...

Is it a terrible deck?  No.  Is it great design?  No - it's pretty bland and derivative.  As a magician's deck, it gets the job done, but he sells it more for the cardistry and collector crowds.  Furthermore, there are countless other magician's decks that get the job done as well for a fraction of the price.  For cardistry, it seems pretty boring.  For collectors, well - there are as many different collectors as there are collections, each with their own unique preferences and inclinations as to what's cherished and what isn't.

In my book, it's not worth $15 a pack and neither were the previous iterations.  Half that, maybe, and even that's a stretch.  Fortunately for Mr. Mueller, there are others who don't agree with me - more power to him the lot of them.

I like them, I like the look of the Fontaines in general, but not for that price.
