Green Monarchs - Theory 11

No idea when the offical release is going to be but there are teasers out for the decks now! Green is the color I've most wanted to see on Monarchs. Word is they will not be a limited release, so some good news on that front.

Here's what the tucks look like in really bad lighting. The tucks are very deep hunter green, the dark stuff. They're pretty nice. I don't have any natural sunlight at the moment. Still, they're starting to arrive. I'll pop a tuck soon and give the deck a looking over with a photo or two. Probably tomorrow night.

Edit: That photo was killing me, took a much better one. This Photo is much closer to the actual color of the tuck.

I was at Barnes and Noble last night and was surprised to see these there. The tuck looks good, it's a really nice deep green like Fes mentioned above, and it makes the gold of the design really pop nicely. I didn't pick a pack up, but I am thinking I will need to grab one the next time I am there.

This is the color of the Green Monarch card backs in sunlight. I like it.

Edit: Not going to review the deck in text. It is what it is and that aint bad.

Theory11's been making deals with B&N to get their decks into stores - I'm not surprised at all.  The movie placement deal for Now Your See Me was only the beginning.
