Bicycle "Venexiana" deck of playing cards by Half Moon

While these were funded in 2013, I believe they were not received until 2014. I'm not sure because I did not buy them. However, I always thought the court cards were exceptional.

Kings & Crooks "Empire Bloodlines"

A Jackson Robinson Deck (pick one for me please)
Bloodlines may not ship this year...

Fed 52 part two shipped end of 2013, so that's out too.

I gotta go with Hotcakes, they put a smile on my face every time:

Dude, if you don't pick one, it's not your nomination, now is it?  :))

Man up and make a choice!

Thank you everyone for your nominations!!!
Just note if you pick 3-10 decks your first nomination will be the one that counts.
Also if the deck is yet to be released, the vote can only count if it is released in 2014.

Bicycle Venexiana is ineligible.  Distribution started in early December 2013.
Venexiana Gold is eligible.  It completed shipping by end of July this year.  You may nominate it.
Venexiana Dark is likely to be eligible for next year.  It isn't expected to deliver until February 2015.

When you are unsure of a release date, please do a little research: the topic(-s) here, the KS page, Facebook, etc.  It will save me some time and speed up your nomination.

Kingdoms of a New World, funded in 2013, but just now delivered.  Does that count?

By Mortensen Games, artist/s Jonas Akerlund and Nathanael Mortensen.

The funding date is irrelevant - it's the date it's available for purchase or being shipped to backers.  Basically, if someone on this board actually has a deck in their hands and it arrived this year, it's good for this year.

I'm still waiting on mine, though...

Just noticed - they have a one-way back!

You're only allowed to nominate one.  As per Rose's instructions, only the first one will count - the Hive.

Happy to second Run.

I'd like to nominate a deck full of class and imagination with great face cards Highland Fauna (http://tomskipolanski.com/Highland-Fauna-Playing-Cards). Bridge sized deck, but really it's okay. These are gorgeous.

Requiem, Origins, Grotesque.

You can't vote for all three - pick one!  Except Grotesque, of course, since it wasn't on the final list of nominees...

I did. But you should understand that this list becomes a VERY subjective one in the absence of Grotesque and several other decks. I say this with full respect to forum's staff. I appreciate all efforts behind this awarding procedure on the forum.

Subjective?  You do realize that it was the members, not the staff, that made the choices?  If you have a complaint about it, complain to them!
