Gatorbacks

Legends v2

Tycoons

Virtuoso Spring Summer 2014

I'm getting the feeling you aren't very familiar with a nomination process...  :))

Please chose JUST ONE - the one you think is genuinely the best.

This category does my head in. So many great decks this year. The best of the best of the best....   :mindf-ck:

I almost forgot about Zenith. Soooooo many decks this year.

I would second Zenith and Kings Wild Tally Ho. Tally Ho simply because of making something basic and simple look so good.

Can I nominate Silver Arrow? It didn't get financed by crowd funding...

Yeah, that's because it didn't get funded, period.  The deck is in pasteboard limbo right now.  If you can buy a pack between now and the end of the year, then by all means, nominate the hell out of it.  But at the present, it's vaporware, just a bunch of pixels on a screen - virtual, not actual.

Thank you everyone for your nominations!!!
Just note if you pick 3-10 decks your first nomination will be the one that counts.
Also if the deck is yet to be released, the vote can only count if it is released in 2014.

Since I presume that a deck can be nominated in multiple categories, I nominate the 52 Plus Joker Club Deck by Jackson Robinson and Expert Playing Card Co.

You are correct - just like a movie can win many Oscars, so may a deck be nominated in many categories, as long as they all apply.

I'll nominate one - the LUXX Deck (Blue if I have to pick between the two).

thanks, Randy

Wasn't Tally Ho Kings Wild Edition funded via Kings Wild Funded? Doesn't that count as crowdfunding?

You know what?  You're right!  It's not eligible to win this award.

Is The Hive considered to be crowdfunded? If not, I nominate it.

I second The Hive.

Sorry, friends - this deck was crowdfunded by Kings Wild Funding and is not eligible for this award.  We have a separate award for crowdfunded decks - it's eligible for that.

Nope, it wasn't. The only deck (so far) that's been KWFunded is the blue Tally-Hos. The Hive was offered for sale on the KWP web site.

bamabenz has it right here. The Hive wasn't crowdfunded. We paid for it and then listed it up for sale when we got them decks in at the Kings Wild office. The only Kings Wild deck that used the Kings Wild Funded platform was the Kings Wild Tally Ho (blue) aka the Turtlebacks.

And thanks for the nomination!  ;D

I just called Jackson to confirm - you are correct, Bama; Jackson privately funded that deck.

I'll add it to the seconded nominations.  And check the "Best Crowdfunded Deck" category as well!
