A good place to look might be the Wire over at T11 - a lot of magicians and cardists are there now, both famous and not-so-much.  If someone's done it before, there's a good chance it'll be there somewhere.

YouTube's also a good place - a VASTER place - to search, though I don't envy you having to sift through the chaff to find the wheat...

Yeah I posted a thread on the wire and it seems that no one has seen something like that ... when I get the chance I'll film a trailer and a explanation and submit it to the wire.
