Hey all!  I'd just like to take a minute to introduce myself - my name's Renee and my online handle is usually maggock.  I'm an artist and writer, and I've been involved in a few card deck projects - I was the card back designer for The Bestiary, illustrated two cards for Wild Cats of the World, and illustrated a few cards for the Pathfinders animal tarot deck.  My latest project is my Parrots of the World deck, and my very first deck that I've done all by myself! 

I personally love the medium of playing cards as an art form - the idea of being able to carry around 50+ pieces of art in my pocket is great!  I love well designed decks, though I'm only just really getting into collecting them.

I usually work much larger as far as art goes, and I've got a bunch of fantasy and wildlife paintings and drawings in various galleries across the internet (my most recent and most update place to find art is currently my tumblr (parrotea.tumblr.com).

Also... I wrote 2 entire novels about parrots.  Because I'm obsessed.

All right, enough about me!  I went off on a parrot tangent anyways.  I tend to do that.
