Playing Card Plethora / Re: Hardwood Playing Cards (KS)

Couldn't Simone do these as a printed deck? Although not the same, could look quite nice!

Who is Simone?

Someone... Its my stupid phone :P.
It may just be a novelty idea for someone to make a custom made printed version, a design I have never seen before, and a lot cheaper than made from actual wood. Cracking idea making it from wood, but how durable would these be?

Hey guys, really sorry if this has been posted before, but when I typed in white ghost, the list was endless. I recently bought some decks which included a white ghost 2nd edition with uv500 air flow finish. I thought the finish was only on the 1st edition?. I also have a 2nd edition with just an air cushion finish. Is there much difference between all 3. I know there not rare, but is it worth keeping hold of a 2nd ed uv 500 over the air cushion?

« on: March 15, 2013, 05:34:58 PM »
A new deck is soon to be released in the UK called Year of the Snake. They are being created for the Ace of Wales Playing Card Company. I dont know many details of the deck yet, but the creators are hoping to have them out on sale in 2-3 weeks. I have a few photos for you guys to have a look at.

Im not entirely sure on the finish of the cards, but they have been described as a mix between Bicycle and Pr1mes.

Find them on Facebook for updates!

Playing Card Plethora / UK Sellers of Playing Cards.

Hi, i was just wondering who people use in the UK for buying playing cards from?. Ive been on sites like magic nevin, the card collection etc etc but find they don't normally stock the new custom/theory 11 or ellusionist decks.

Alot of playing cards i buy come off ebay, and i normally stick to the same seller Ace of Wales [ebay - richyfaircroft] as his prices are fantastic and his customer service is even better! Anyone in the UK i would highly recommend you to check it out.
The company is the UK stockist of Pr1me playing cards. I have recently received a deck and the quality of the cards are impeccable. They have a nice smooth finish on them. (If anyone has any thoughts on these cards, you will have to let me know :) ) http://www.primeplayingcards.com. They sell seconds (slight printing errors) worth a check to see how you think they handle!!

UK playing card collectors, please look up Ace of Wales, they really are amazing, and go all they way for customer service. There have a facebook page (Ace of Wales Playing Cards) You wont regret it! (i am in no way connected to either company, just a card collector who has found a trustworthy seller)

Hi, My name is Chris!. I live in the UK. I have been collecting playing cards since Christmas Day last year, when my partner bought me a Gold Arcane deck!. Back theni thought it was just a deck of playing cards, until i really got into collecting and found that they where quite a rare item. Since then i have got over 70 decks, and i have 3 uncut sheets :) I thought i would sign up to a forum to keep me up to date with new playing cards coming out and to hear peoples thoughts on decks!
