On reading a little of your Kickstarter project, it looks like you're really going for a "game deck," rather than an "International Standard" deck - something more like Fluxx or Uno or Mille Bornes rather than something the guys would break out for playing poker or solitaire, despite the extremely similar design.
I've moved your topic to the Conversation Parlor for that reason - we reserve the Playing Card Plethora for standard deck designs.
You could make this more of a standard deck, if you wanted, while still retaining the elements you wanted for your unique game - you could add the standard French suit pips in the indices if you wanted to, in the standard red and black colors, allowing people to more readily identify with your deck. It's been my experience that when people stray too far from the International Standard design, they tend to get less enthusiastic buyers.
I do want to say, though - your artwork is GREAT. Allow me to offer another small suggestion. One of your special cards has artwork that extends into the bleed area at the top of the card. This seems like a minor consideration, but you should place a border between the art and the card's edge. In my experience, when cards have different faces with art extending to the edge, they can actually be seen from the edge of the deck - and more importantly, can be IDENTIFIED by the players. There's an entire deck out there that utilizes this principle for making an edge-marking system - a way of identifying every single card in the deck from the edge. But it's not as severe in your case - it's just the one card. If you had a deck of these cards stacked, especially if the deck was face up, you'd be able to spot that one special card in the sea of "indifferent" cards and know if and when it was going to be dealt or drawn soon.
