Hey! I just found out that Ellusionist will be making an Emerald Artifice Deck! I don't have any info about it yet but it was confirmed by Jason Brumbalow (Vice President of Ellusionist)  that it will be printed.

I am going to bet they are released with the white border. I hope they prove me wrong because the borderless edition looks much better in my opinion. But it really makes sense to continue with the release of the v2 design instead of going back and forth. I also am intrigued to see exactly what green is used, the cards could look awesome with the right shade.

And on a side note, if these are indeed released relatively soon, these combined with the Red Artifice would make some pretty cool christmas decor.

I think it will be more of a lime green but I'm not sure. And it WILL HAVE THE BORDER LIKE V2!  In my opinion i think it would look better without the border but they are putting the border on it.

I agree with Levi. A darker green would look really nice and contrast the metallic silver ink quite nicely. I think that if they went with too light of a green the metallic silver would get lost and not stand out like it does on the red and blue. Judging by the red and blue Artifice, I would assume they would stick with a dark, rich colour.

I don`t think it will be limited, if it is I believe it won`t be sold but for give away as a free gift or contest.
If they sell any limited decks soon, maybe a lot of angry people from the red artifice incident will ban them

Not true at all. Some Ellusionist decks are available for wholesale so some magic shops won't have all the E decks

The only information thus far I believe comes from the podcast that was done by Ellusionist and maybe some random posts on their facebook page. True. I would have loved to see a Halloween deck along the lines of Arcane...not a big fan of Christmas, they can screw this up lol. Also hoping the emerald is a staple, it would make the RA all that much more valuable if it is the only limited in the set

ya i also hear people talking about that .. that deck confirm is a badass deck if you notice arcane deck is already so detail and they are going to have a deck 10x more detail than a so detail deck haha i really wonder what that will look like.. i want to get a few brick of those and just stare at them when they are release

Lol, I think all new deck promos need to come with a pic of the deck fanned out. I have a feeling this will looks killer fanned. I also think they should come with a customer brick box...I'm a big fan of that.

haha and also custom seal i like seal but i normally end up destroying trying my best to not destroy them when have a new deck

how do u measure detail? how can they claim that a deck as 10x more detail? just sounds like the hype machine's gears turning to me. BUT E does put out some pretty sweet decks so im sure ill get a few.

I loved the black arcane, the smoke effect is sick. But as far as I know E doesn't really have a history of over hype...they do their thing and do it well

Yea that smoke design was incredible! And yes I agree, E does a nice job of keeping it cool with they're releases

No, im like 80% sure its along the lines of, The one with more detail than arcanes is 1-6 months, the christmas deck is christmas, and the artifice is going to be atleast 3 months if not more

It is an E deck, if you look really closely on the side it says performance coating, also the website said it was an E deck.

No, these arent a modified arcane. Ellusionist doesnt do that, only T11 does lol. This new deck is different than their other decks. They were saying that it has more detail than the arcanes

Ellusionist has confirmed that they have never herd of the infinity deck series. And also thank you for doing a review on Pure Smoke. And the Emerald Artifice deck will have borders and won't be limited.

Color variations really don't do anything for me. I just  got some blue and simply changing the back doesn't compel me to want to get those. With so many other totally new decks available I think I'll pass on the green artifice (tho artifice cards are some of my favorites and handle so nicely)

To the best of my knowledge, no.  They make them hard but not impossible to get.
