So im sure we are all familar with http://www.cypressfilms.com/Bicycle//Robinson/Robinson.html collection of bicycle back designs. I was wondering if there is something similar but with Bee back designs.

There is. It's called "Tom and Judy Dawson's Collection."

I don't think there's been anywhere near as much variation in the deck back on the Bees as on Bikes. (Not counting any casino decks, of course.) Some of the backs have also "crossed over" from one deck brand to the other. I remember seeing some Tally Ho backs that I'd also seen as Bike vintage decks.

Those Dawsons, yes. Lee Asher introduced them to me Memorial Day weekend. They're the nicest people, really - Lee as well. I have some photos from their vintage collection, and he traded me a few decks in exchange for joining 52 Plus Jokers. I just wish I could have gone to the Erlanger visit.
