Thank you to everyone who believes in this project by pledging! It's doing pretty good in my opinion since it doesn't have any real rewards like other projects. My focus is these cards and not to run a shop as you see with most projects now.
Since we're about to hit the 50% mark with 17 days still here is my promotion to every backer: You can add as many decks as you want for $5 each!
This promotion will only run today till midnight (eastern time)! I am hoping this will bounce things back up and push it further to the goal.

So after being live for only about a week and a half, we're just about to hit 50% of the goal!
Pretty good for not having any kind of rewards. I didn't want a store, my main focus is my playing cards and thats it.
We still have 2 and a half weeks left so if you haven't pre-ordered your deck do so now so we can reach that goal faster.
To those who pledged already thank you for helping me reach my goal one pledge at a time.
Just like my previous Galvanic deck, I will ship the decks out in a timely matter.

Hey Everyone,
I wanted to show you a project of mine that's currently in development. I've always wanted to break into the comic book scene and recently took the initiative to do so.
What was supposed to be an animated short film, turned out to be overwhelming for one person to handle. These films consist of modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, rendering, compositing, editing etc etc. So rather than throwing out my designs I turned to one of my closed passions and hobbies: Playing Cards.
Now I want to push myself further. This story has been in my head for years and want to tell everyone I could. So I thought why not bring everything into a comic book series?
Below is the start of the first issue in the run.
Plot:
Our world has ended and another begins.
Robotic intelligence has been created to survive the human apocalypse.
Their purpose: to study earth and our universe in ways we could have never imagined.
Galvanics are a race all on its own and consist of individual thought and
feelings. They have a core power source in their chest which is what gives them life. Without it being present, their life is terminated.
However, Galvanics aren't the only race that survived. Now it's a race to be the last ones standing and protect the Galvanic cores.
I would love to one day have this has a monthly series and to be in print.
It will consist of cgi art and everything is done by me. This includes the 3d models, rendering, texturing, touch ups, outlines, lettering, lighting and story.
Well what do you guys think?

Thank you to everyone who pledged during the course of this project. Unfortunately, goal was not met this time around. The good news is though I will be re-launching this again next month. Just like my Galvanic deck, I'm sure it will get funded during the second time frame.
I am going to go back to the designs and re-touch up on the back design, ace and court cards. On top of that I will be adding a lot more rewards for everything since that is the trend now on Kickstarter.
My intentions was to make another dream come true by creating a deck of playing cards, not have a store with little stuff based off the cards. But since that's what everyone is looking for now, I will step up and meet everyone's expectations.

Kickstarter page has been updated! 43% of the goal has been reached and still has 19 days left. More rewards has been added including: More Galvanic/Lucent combos, bricks and early birds! Get them while you can and spread the word to get this deck funded. Still doing very well and has plenty of time left.

Really excited, about to hit 5k in only 7 days! To get things rolling again I will be putting up t-shirts as a second reward! Will be 2 different designs.
I want to keep the rewards small and not a store. A Kickstarter project should be a project dedicated to one thing with SMALL items to help you out.

So I just contacted Kickstarter and just waiting for an approval.
Here is my argument on selling bricks:
I explained a brick consist of 12 playing cards decks which come shipped straight from the manufacture in a sealed white box. In order to ship the rewards to backers I need to break open most of the boxes and grab individual decks.
Technically 1 brick is a single item because it is shipped to me that way in a sealed box. So why can't I setup a reward that states if you pledge a certain amount you will receive 10 bricks?
I will post back once I get a response.
