I'm glad you like that! It was an idea I gave him - it uses a standard tuck box shape, but instead of tucking the flap inside the box, it's left outside the box with the sticker acting like "ye olde style" wax seals of the Renaissance period to keep the box closed before purchase. After it's been opened, the flap tucks in like any standard tuck box flap. Something similar was done with the Heretic deck - it used a long, exterior flap with a sticker seal, but the flap was designed to fit in a slot under a smaller flap, remaining outside the box at all times, because it was too long to be tucked in.
Heaps clever - and it really does look striking! Especially the red on white- literally jumps out at youAfter raving about the seal, I should say the detail in artwork is lovely too!

Since the project creator is Roman Kotiv from NoirArts, I don't think he'll be swayed away from printing with NPCC. ;-)

I was just being selfish, didn't like the possibility of the color edition not being funded, and was hoping to see it funded first. Good luck with the campaign. I hope both editions fund!Thank you!
Have you considered swapping the Limited Edition and Standard Editions? As in start with the colored and make the other one a stretch goal.I think colored edition must be more rare and limited.
Have you considered adding some color to your tuck?
Card Back -- Spectacular by my count.
Love the filigree and accents, suits etc. but don't really like the court illustrations. Great deck overall howerver and I am sure you won't have any trouble funding. Good luck!!
I imagine you'd be a bit disappointed at the failure of your design, but looking at your larger bank balance might ease any pain you feel...
Hello Everyone,
Unfortunately we have had to make an executive decision to cancel this project due to lack of funding thus far. We plan to print the Strange Head Society deck in-house here at Liberty instead and will have it available for sale on playingcards.net in the near future. We will post an update on social media when the deck becomes available (Please follow us on Facebook for updates!) We truly appreciate everyone who did pledge for this deck and hope that you understand our predicament here.
