U look at their feedback to see how trusting they are. I've never had a problem with ordering off eBay with sellers of 98% and above

Many magic stores sell them online, like Tannen's.

Some will carry a whole deck of double backers or sell singles.  My favorite is the variety pack of common gaffs - double backers and black facers in an assortment of red, blue and both as well as some double blanks.  It's the most bang for the buck.
