I've updated the list in the first post.

Note that the list is a lot shorter. Anyone who hasn't received a new testimonial in over a year gets removed from the chart, but their testimonials remain in place. The count will start new if an inactive trader becomes active again - it's a LOT of hassle to go back and find old testimonials, and it gets harder as the list grows longer.

Thanks for the comments. It's best to use one's name as it appears on their account, for easier identification. When I was keeping the chart up to date, it drove me crazy a few times trying to sort out nicknames that didn't directly correspond to account names!
