In my opinion, Blue Artifice V2 looks nice but not as nice as the V1. V2 will be better for magic tricks because it will have a nice white border. I like that very much because I am a magician. What do you guys think?

Although I have never really been of fan of the Artifice design, I like the v1 a TON better.

I agree, the v1's look awesome ( especially in red )

but I understand the need for them to have a border, I mean a majority of Ellusionists customers are magicians, so it makes sense for them to market and tweak their cards towards them. The v2's are not horrible, just not as good as the original.

I think it just looks odd like the border isn't meant to be their but i love the way they handle so ill be buying some.

i also think the border looks a bit odd. i wish they would have had the art "bleed" out into the border more. Really though, for me, it's the faces of the cards that are the most gorgeous part of the deck. I will probably pick up a few of the v2's so i dont have to touch my red or blue artifice cards anymore

And very glad that they didn't have red artifice v2.

Me too. I wasn't able to access a computerat the release of the RA and my loving mom stayed on the computer for hours to pick me up a brick. It'd suck if they made a v2 version that anyone could get.

My point about red artifice v2 is that I can]t imagine how ugly it would be with white boarder, not that it`s hard to get.

I prefer the originals but I'll pick up a couple in time. The borders take away from the elegance for me but that's just my opinion.
