Bicycle Cinema Playing Cards
By Collectable Playing Cards

Part of my Collection updated infrequently but occasionally, when I remember. (I haven't in months.)

  • Pick a card, any card...no, not THAT card!

It's a cute deck and a cool concept, but it has a glaring design flaw.  Because there are court images printing into the bleed on all the court cards at the top and bottom, someone with a sharp-enough eye would be able to spot them from the edge of the deck.  It wouldn't be all that hard, either.  It would have been different had the tops of the courts matched the plainer tops of the spot cards - they'd all be identical at the tops and there'd be no way of telling.

This is a fun design. I think they'd look less authentic if they didn't bleed off the edge. That's hardly a thing, though, when each card back is different!

I wonder why they didn't die-cut the film perforations! Heheheh.

Didn't notice the animation off the bat.  Yeah, it's a deck more for the art than for the design - which is cool if that's what you're into.

They likely left out perforations because it would make the cards less durable and cost a small fortune to make.  All that die cutting, USPC would have charged a hefty premium for.
