I received a message from a contact I have in China

They wrote
"Right now, we are planning to produce several custom decks,
but these are still not ready.
I’ll let you know once they are ready."

This same company produced
Bicycle Irregular
Bicycle BearBrick
Bicycle Multicolors
Hope For Japan
Bicycle Yomiuri Giants decks
Bicycle Bape
Bicycle OriginalFakes

I will keep the forum posted on what I find out.

Well, I think those decks are not beautiful.
And a lot of them are sold in Japan, I always thought that was made by Japanese company.

They are not made BY a Japanese company, they are made from USPCC for a Japanese company.

I live in Canada.  If I wanted a deck produced, I have to deal with a company in Toronto which is not USPCC.  Same thing applies in Japan.

Those decks are all printed in the USA at the plant, and shipped to the distribution company in Japan

On a side note... I love the Bape deck.  It's the only deck I own that are gilt edged.

The babe deck is beautiful. Where can I buy this, and for how much?

I purchased mine off of Ebay when they first came out.

They are hard to come by because it was a promotion for a clothing company in Japan.
Here's one on Ebay

http://www.ebay.com/itm/bape-limited-ver-ANNIVERSARY-BICYCLE-playing-CARD-/380371934583?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item588fef1d77

That's the average price they go for.  $45 including shipping..  pricey

Thanks. I can't get on the link right now, because I'm at school an they block eBay, but it's definitely interesting, and I will definitely check it out when I get home.

The bath ape deck has gold edge?
I never knew that, it caught my attention right now.
And there is someone in my country selling it for 40$ including shipping.

But hmmm, yes it's pricey.
Do you have any other info about this deck?

That edge design is beautiful... but the rest of it looks like a clipart deck.

It was made for the Bathing Ape stores in Japan.
Here's the US site. http://us.bape.com/

It was inspired by BAPE’s upcoming Spring 11 collection created by Sk8thing.  Given away to customers who spent certain amounts at their store.

I'm not sure on a print run, or quality of paper.. mine is sealed.

I was told back in February that there was a second Bape deck in the works, but that rep is no longer there... and now they say there is no such deck in the works

That's all I know

Not a clip art deck.

Custom court cards, jokers, seal, and pips.

Gilded edges make handling the cards absolutely impossible. The Bape deck looks pretty sweet - it's definitely something I'd own for the looks and not for the feel.

It's funny because some of those decks are great on that list, while others are absolutely awful. I still wish I had a Bearbrick deck, if only because the name is so darn fun to say.

Bearbrick is a deck I've thinking to buy it or not for a long time.
It's not my type, but I gotta admit that it's cute.
Also, there is a dice set with the cards too.

About the bath ape, I gotta pass on it again.
I'm not willing to pay more than $15 for any deck.
