If you read the caption of the picture closely, you'll see it's from the 52 Plus Joker 2014 Club deck. The deck is available from the Conjuring Arts Research Center shop (http://shop.conjuringarts.org/store/pc/52-Plus-Joker-Gold-Designed-by-Jackson-Robinson-174p1156.htm#.VTR2is44Lgg) in gold for $20 a pack and in sliver with a premium slipcover box from the club's website (http://www.52plusjoker.org/dnn/Members/tabid/62/ctl/Login/Default.aspx?returnurl=%2fdnn%2fMembers%2ftabid%2f62%2fDefault.aspx) for $45 a pack, though members are limited in how many silver decks they can purchase.

We provide instructions on the last page of the free issue - basically, when you join 52 Plus Joker (by signing up at 52plusjoker.org and paying the membership fee) you get many perks, of which CARD CULTURE Magazine is just one.
