So I've had these for a long while now, they came opened when I bought them and they weren't in the best condition but I really love the feel of them, they are made by Carta Mundi and would love to pick some more up should I find any. Anyone on here ever had any and if so what are your thoughts on Carta Mundi? I have another Carta Mundi deck, Desert Inns but they've been sealed since I had them and I have no plans on opening them.

I think Alex is selling them here!

I used to own a matched pair, black and gold, when I was a kid.  I thought the court cards were odd, but still interesting.  Wore both decks out.  They were sold as casino souvenirs, not used in table play.

Okay thanks, I'll take a look. These actually come from two different companies, one is Carta mundi, these are the good ones and then there are gift shop made sets of gold and black that are supposed to be pretty dreadful, do you have any idea which ones you had?

Probably the older ones, which I *think* were USPC.  We're talking back in the late 70's that I owned that deck, maybe 1980 or '81 the latest.  Back when Atlantic City gambling was a novelty...

Oh, Alex stocks these? I might go check them out, see if I want to order a couple.
They look pretty intersting, for sure.
