Have you tried contacting the creator on Kickstarter?  Often they do end up with a few leftover decks after distribution, unless the project was a complete sell-out.  If nothing else, they might be able to steer you to any retailers that backed them during the project's fundraising period and bought in bulk to later sell at retail.

As I told you when you PM'd me:

Do the usual things - scour eBay listings, inquire with other collectors, search for online retailers and magic shops that specialize in collectible decks.  When it comes to collectible, limited edition playing cards (or anything sold in limited quantities), you have to try to get it when it first comes out or you may not get another chance - and if you do, you'll probably pay a premium for it.
